About the service
Thennamaraa is a platform for coconut-related businesses to discover products and buying requirements, communicate and use supported business tools. Its app package payments are for platform services, rather than a payment for goods traded between users.
Account and eligibility
Provide accurate account and business information. Keep your account secure and do not impersonate another business. The service is intended for people authorised to act for the business they represent.
Listings and requirements
Post only relevant coconut products, related processing machinery or genuine buying requirements. You are responsible for the accuracy of descriptions, images, prices, quantities and business claims. Do not post unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
Independent trade decisions
Buyer and seller independently agree product specifications, quality checks, pricing, transport, payments and other trade conditions. Conduct your own due diligence before paying or sending goods. A listing, lead or badge is not a guarantee of a completed sale.
Verification
Verification depends on the documents and details submitted, the applicable plan and administrative review. A payment for verification does not itself mean approval. A badge does not replace independent checks or any licence required for your own business activity.
Packages and payments
Package price, credits, validity where applicable, taxes and the final payable amount are shown in the app before payment. Entitlements are activated only after backend payment confirmation.
Posting credit packages, lead credit packages, Ledger Premium and verification processing have different purposes. Review the selected package before paying. An unlocked lead does not guarantee a buyer response, sale, profit or particular business result.
Acceptable use
Do not spam, harass, defraud, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another user’s information. Do not request OTPs, payment PINs or bank passwords. Reports and support requests may be reviewed by authorised administrators.
Content and intellectual property
You must have the right to upload your content. Thennamaraa’s branding, original website material and software must not be copied or misrepresented as someone else’s service. References to third-party products do not transfer ownership of their intellectual property.
Service availability and account restrictions
Features and availability can change. We may restrict an account or content where appropriate to address misuse, inaccurate information, security concerns or service requirements. Existing payment issues can be raised with support.
