Digital services
Packages purchased from Thennamaraa provide digital access or credits in the app. No physical parcel is shipped by Thennamaraa for these package purchases.
Payment confirmation
A checkout success message is verified by the backend against the payment provider. A cancelled, failed or unconfirmed payment does not grant package benefits. If confirmation is delayed, the app provides a payment-status check.
Posting and lead credit packages
Confirmed posting and lead package purchases add the corresponding credits to the account that placed the order. Credits must be used for their applicable purpose. The app shows the package details and any applicable post validity before purchase or use.
Ledger Premium
A confirmed Ledger Premium purchase provides the relevant subscription access for the period shown at checkout. The app maintains the subscription’s start and end information.
Verification processing
Verification requires the application steps, phone verification, payment confirmation where applicable and administrative review. Payment confirmation moves a completed application towards review; it does not promise approval.
If access does not appear
Check the payment status before purchasing again. If the payment is confirmed but the package is not available, contact Customer support with your payment reference. Support reviews payment and activation issues within 48 hours of receiving the necessary details. Pending bank confirmation and verification document approval are separate from digital credit activation.
